Your Right to Data Deletion
At Hexolus Affiliates, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of all
data associated with your account at any time. We comply with Meta's data deletion requirements and applicable
data protection regulations.
What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon your request, we will delete the following data:
- Facebook Page access tokens stored in the application
- Facebook Ad Account identifiers and configurations
- Campaign settings, targeting preferences, and ad configurations
- Locally stored video content and marketing materials
- Usage logs and application preferences
Note: Content that has already been published to your Facebook Page or active advertising
campaigns will remain on Facebook's platform. You can manage or delete that content directly through
Facebook's tools (Ads Manager, Page settings, etc.).
How to Request Data Deletion
Follow these steps to request deletion of your data:

Send an Email
Send a data deletion request to metasanjaya@gmail.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request - Hexolus Affiliates

Include Your Information
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- Facebook account email or profile URL
- Description of data you want deleted (or "all data")

Confirmation
We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours and process the deletion within 30 days.
Revoke Facebook Access
You can also revoke the application's access to your Facebook account directly:
Deletion Timeline: Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
